Comes with a bonus 13" Olympic Chrome Sleeve that allows for Olympic and Standard weights to be used with this system. . 5 position levels to accommodate height and comfort. 2 Vinyl High Density Rollers for the curl and 2 for the extension leg exercises are built into this unit.
